TOPCON MC-Max Dozer System

The TOPCON MC-Max Dozer system is the most advanced 3D machine control technology designed for bulldozers to enhance work efficiency and accuracy. This system consists of several key components that work together to ensure smooth and precise bulldozer operation.

It can operate in both GNSS and LPS modes.

  • Control Monitor GX-75: A large 10-inch touchscreen that provides the operator with a clear and intuitive interface for working with 3D projects. The screen allows splitting the view into three separate windows, enabling real-time monitoring of various data.
  • GNSS Receivers GR-i3: Two receivers mounted on the bulldozer cabin ensure precise machine positioning using GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou satellite systems. This roof-mounted configuration improves visibility and safety during operation.
  • Control Unit MC-X3: This central control module coordinates the operation of all system components, processing data from GNSS receivers, tilt sensors, and other sensors, ensuring smooth and precise bulldozer control.
  • Tilt Sensors TS-i4: These advanced sensors continuously monitor the tilt angles of the bulldozer blade and body, providing precise data to the control system, which helps maintain the desired blade position even in challenging conditions.
  • Radio Modem SATEL: Ensures reliable communication between the bulldozer and the base station or other machines, enabling real-time data exchange and coordination for larger projects.

System Speed and Performance:
The TOPCON MC-Max Dozer system is designed to deliver high work speed and accuracy. Using the roof-mounted GNSS receivers, the system quickly and precisely determines the bulldozer's position, while the tilt sensors provide real-time data on the blade and machine body angles.
